Made from noble Alsace grapes and vinified according to the traditional champagne method, the reputation and renown of Crémant d’Alsace continues to grow.
Tasting :
The Rosé is made from Pinot Noir. It is fruit-driven with an attractive pink colour and fine bubbles. It has astonishing freshness and incredible complexity.
The Brut comes from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and sometimes Riesling grapes. A celebration wine with a bright pale gold colour, it will delight you with its freshness and perfect balance.
Food pairing :
Crémant d’Alsace is perfect to celebrate all festive occasions, birthdays, anniversaries… as well as with buffets, seafood, grilled fish, fish in sauce, Alsace choucroute, poultry, white meats and desserts.

8° to 10°C.
Ageing :
To savour its freshness, Crémant d’Alsace is best enjoyed young, within 5 years, although with more time it can develop deeper, more biscuity notes that are appreciated by some connaisseurs.
